Chef Pol and Bena made an exceptional effort to ensure every detail of our 34th anniversary dinner was spectacular. Every course highlighted the flavors of the central item of each dish. Sauces were complimentary did not overpower the dish. Everything was well done, timed perfectly and presented beautifully. They are a delightful couple and were excited to celebrate with us.
